The Skypiea Adventure Comes to the One Piece Card Game
OP15: Adventure on Kami's Island has been available internationally since April 3, 2026, bringing one of the most beloved arcs in all of One Piece into the card game: the Skypiea Arc. The set contains a total of 159+1 cards and introduces Enel, Wyper, the Heavenly Warriors, and some of the most iconic moments from the Sky Islands.
In Japan, the set has been available since February 28, 2026 — giving Japanese players and collectors over a month head start to test the meta and identify the most valuable cards.
The 6 Leaders of the Set
OP15 introduces 6 new Leaders to the game, each enabling different strategies and color combinations:

Meta Analysis
The Strongest Decks from OP15
The Japanese meta has already given us a clear overview of which OP15 leaders are competitively relevant.
Tier 1: Purple Enel
Enel is the clear star of the set. His Leader effect is unique: he's limited to a maximum of 6 Don, but can ramp 4 Don and attach 4 rested Don to one Character. The 6-cost Enel Super Rares are the deck's key cards — they gain +2,000 Power and become massive threats. Supported by Ohm, Shura, Gedatsu, and Mamaragan — Enel's legendary lightning attack.
Tier 2: Red/Blue Lucy
Lucy brings an aggressive Red/Blue strategy. The Leader effect allows you to trash any number of Events when attacking or being attacked, gaining +1,000 Power for each event trashed. Combined with Sabo, Bartolomeo, and Rebecca, this creates a flexible deck that's strong both offensively and defensively.
Tier 2-3: Brook & Rebecca
Brook leads a Green/Black control deck — a solid meta option with strong defensive tools.
Rebecca as a Blue Leader pursues a ramp strategy. Both are viable but not quite on the level of Enel and Lucy.
The Most Valuable Cards from OP15
Based on Japanese market data from the past weeks — here are the chase cards every collector should watch:
1. Enel (Secret Rare — Manga Rare) — OP15-118
The most valuable card in the set. Enel's Manga Rare depicts him as the "Sole Ruler" of Skypiea in iconic black-and-white panels straight from the manga — with gold foil treatment and textured finish. Estimated value: ¥10,000–¥18,000 (~$65–$120).
The Parallel version and Super Parallel are even rarer and priced accordingly.
2. Monkey.D.Luffy (Secret Rare) — OP15-119
Luffy in his Skypiea form as a Secret Rare. The standard version is already in demand, but the Parallel variant is the true chase card for collectors. Estimated SP value: ~$400.
3. Nami (Super Rare) — OP15-086
Nami as a Super Rare with full-art artwork is one of the most popular cards in the set. The Parallel version is especially sought after by collectors. Estimated value: ¥8,000–¥12,000 (~$53–$80).
4. Roronoa Zoro (Super Rare) — OP15-113
Roronoa Zoro with premium artwork and textured finish. Zoro's popularity drives the value — the Parallel version is particularly in demand.

Important Changes at Set Release
Alongside the international OP15 release, two major changes hit competitive One Piece TCG:
Ban List Update (April 1, 2026)
- Banned: Charlotte Pudding (OP06-047) — the card was undermining the mind games around hand size too heavily
- Unbanned: Jinbe, Kingdom Come, Ice Age, Great Eruption, Moby Dick, and Enies Lobby
Block 1 Rotation
Rotation removes older sets from the tournament format to keep the meta fresh. Starting April 2026, Blocks OP01 through OP04 (including Romance Dawn and Paramount War) rotate out of Standard format. Block 2 is now the oldest legal block, Block 3 and Block 4 remain fully legal. For fans of older cards, the "Extra Regulation" format allows all blocks.
