Shipping by Sellers

ANIICHI is an online marketplace. Shipping of goods is handled by the respective seller — not by ANIICHI. The seller is responsible for proper packaging and shipping.

Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between buyer and seller. ANIICHI provides the platform, payment processing, and buyer protection.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set by the respective seller and depend on the shipping method and destination country.

• The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
• For orders from multiple sellers, separate shipping costs apply per seller.
• The available shipping methods (e.g., DHL packet, DHL parcel) are offered by the seller.

Seller Obligations

According to our Terms and Conditions, every seller is obligated to:

• Ship the goods within 5 business days of receiving the order.
• Package cards securely (e.g., in toploaders or sleeves).
• Provide the tracking number on the platform for tracked shipments.

Shipment Tracking

If the seller provides a tracking number, you can track the shipping status at any time. The tracking link can be found in your customer account under "My Orders".

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery times are estimates from the time of shipment by the seller and may vary depending on the shipping method:

• DEGermany: approx. 2-5 business days
• EUEU countries: approx. 5-10 business days
• INTWorldwide: approx. 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country)

Please note that delivery times apply from the date of dispatch. The seller has up to 5 business days for processing.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are not charged by the seller or ANIICHI and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable import regulations of your country.

Problems with Delivery?

If your package does not arrive, arrives damaged, or does not match the description, ANIICHI's buyer protection is available to you.

• Open a dispute under "My Orders" — the payout to the seller is automatically put on hold.
• ANIICHI mediates between buyer and seller and initiates a refund for justified complaints.
