GTC of BIDDIX UG (limited liability)
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop ANIICHI (hereinafter "Shop") between BIDDIX UG (limited liability) (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer.
The version of the GTC valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be accepted unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Place binding order" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted via email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded when the Provider ships the ordered goods. The customer will be notified of this by a shipping confirmation email.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by email. You can view the GTC on our website at any time. Past orders can be viewed in your customer account.
All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax plus the stated shipping costs.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the Shop. The customer is obligated to make immediate payment.
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
The stated delivery time begins upon receipt of payment. Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods takes place within 3-7 business days (within Germany).
Should the ordered goods not be available, the Provider is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been made.
The statutory warranty rights apply.
As a consumer, you are requested to inspect the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage and to notify the Provider of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so shall not affect your statutory warranty claims.
The Provider shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and limited in amount to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The above limitations of liability shall not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
With respect to consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
