How ANIICHI protects buyers on the marketplace
ANIICHI is an online marketplace for Trading Card Games. Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between buyer and the respective seller. ANIICHI does not sell or ship any goods itself.
To best protect buyers, ANIICHI offers comprehensive buyer protection through the payment service provider Stripe.
Every purchase on ANIICHI is secured by our buyer protection:
For purchases from commercial sellers, you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days as a consumer.
For purchases from private sellers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, as these are contracts between private individuals. However, the platform's buyer protection still applies.
Detailed information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy
If you have a problem with an order, you can open a dispute through the platform:
Go to the affected order under "My Orders" and click "Open Dispute". Select the reason (e.g., item not received, not as described, withdrawal).
The seller is automatically notified and the payout is put on hold. The seller has the opportunity to respond to the dispute.
ANIICHI reviews the case and mediates between buyer and seller. For returns, you will receive the seller's address.
After the dispute is resolved, the refund is processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Payment processing runs through Stripe:
The statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for commercial sellers in the following cases:
