Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we would like to offer you a hassle-free return process. Cancellation Policy You may return items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• The goods must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags)
• The original packaging should be included if possible
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
• The return must be made within the 14-day period

Exceptions to Returns

The following items are excluded from returns:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., hygiene products)
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature

Refunds

The refund is processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The refund amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are defective or do not match the order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@biddix.de. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
