What changed?
We have completely revamped our shipping system to make your life easier!
3 Simple Shipping Categories
Instead of a long list of carriers, there are now only 3 simple options:
- Letter – The cheapest option for single cards (untracked)
- Registered Mail – With tracking for added security
- Package – Full service with tracking and insurance

For Sellers: How to set up the new shipping options
Step 1: Go to the product page and click "Create Listing". Select condition, language and price.
Step 2: Under Shipping Options, choose your first shipping category – e.g. Letter (no tracking) – and enter the domestic price. Under "Per additional item" you can set the surcharge for combined shipping (0 = free!).
Step 3: Click "Add shipping option" to offer additional options, e.g. Registered Mail. For Registered Mail and Package, you can also enable EU and International shipping.
Step 4: Optionally add Package as a third option – ideal for larger orders. Each option has its own prices per zone and "Per additional item" prices.
For Buyers: What the checkout looks like
When you buy multiple cards from the same seller, they are grouped together in your cart:
At Checkout, you can see shipping costs per seller – thanks to Combined Shipping, you only pay full shipping once, additional items are cheaper or even free:
Combined Shipping – Save on Multiple Purchases!
Buying multiple items from the same seller? Sellers can now offer discounted or even free shipping on additional items. The most expensive item pays full shipping, all others benefit from a reduced price.

The more you buy from one seller, the more you save!
Automatic Tracking
For registered mail and packages, the seller selects the actual carrier (DHL, DPD, Hermes, Deutsche Post and more) when shipping – you will automatically receive a tracking link in your order overview.
